It’s easy to start your WVCHIP application over the phone or to complete it online. You will need to share information on who is in your family and your family’s income.
The customer service representatives at the WVCHIP toll-free helpline can also:
- Answer questions about the program
- Tell you what services are covered
- Explain about co-payments

If you would like to complete your application online, visit www.wvinroads.org. It takes approximately ten minutes to complete your application online, however you may save it and complete it at a later time if needed.
